Harcourt Carter Optical, the first Optometry Practice in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, was founded in 1905 by Mr. Harcourt Carter, a Barbadian Optometrist.

Given its impressive history, it is no wonder that Harcourt Carter Optical is one of the best known and most trusted Optometry Practices in Barbados today.

However, not one to rest on its laurels, the company is always striving to improve its customer service, and is proud to be able to offer its patients and customers one of the widest choices of Optical Services & Products on the island.

There are presently six internationally trained Professional Optometrists on staff at Harcourt Carter Optical, practicing at our four convenient locations.
